Watching val, lindsay and ruth crush the games was pretty inspirational. 5th/9th/17th&amp;#8230;in the world. crazy. Feel like its a huge perk to get to train in the same vicinity as these awesome girls :D&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;anyways today,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;backsquat - 205/205/210&amp;#160;3x5 pushpress - 95/115/125&amp;#160;3x5 should have gone way heavier but class was moving along to the metcon so had to wrap it up quickly. will probably revisit that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;instead of metcon, did weighted pullups 16kg 5-3-3-3 with rope climbs in between.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and 12kg weighted pulls 3-3-3&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;finished up with 100&amp;#160;kb swings at 24kg. trying to do at least 100 a day assistance work&lt;/p&gt;
