12.2 snatch like nobodys watching

as we prep to go in to tackle this monstrosity of a workout, I gotta agree with this article and vid. Ive seen vids put up of people trying this and its just o_0 compromise form and safety for what?

Ill go in try to do the weight I can slowly. im not competing for the open so whats the point in ripping my shoulders off? 

Many people forget that they are training to be healthier, not training to save the Princess from the fire breathing dragon.

I have a feeling there will be a lot of 30’s on the scoreboard.
