wednesday snatches

I enjoy the snatch, its super hard…but I want to get better at it, its a fun lift to do….hopefully ill have the chance to work on it more often…

rope climbs are fun, but still tear up my right support leg, even with a sock. lefu. ana got up three times like a champ as well.

I can go up easier arms only, but obviously that’s not sustainable for multiple ascents. gotta get more comfy with the foot support

snatch - A: 55/60/65 x2 P: I was just working on form not reps, worked up to 105x4

then we had to rush along to get in snatch grip deadlifts, and row sprints. only had a set or two of the deadlifts (@115)(hook grip, snatch distance on the bar, really crushes your thumbs doing this, holy god) before hitting up the rower, then its all a blur.

6x300 with a 1.5 minute rest in between.

a: 1:19 -1:12- 1:15- 1:15- 1:18 P; no idea. didnt check. fast enough and hard enough that it felt like my legs were no longer connected to my body at the end.

tldr MOAR SNATCHES. im now looking into what lifting shoes to buy. the accessories and equipment list never ends.
