Anas first time doing fran rx’d and hit a sub 10’r. 9:23 tore up the hands for the first official time. Id say thats a job/wod well done.
Ive been doing some work and unable to hit up DT for a few days now, was going crazy so did a quick home AMRAP today..
15 min, 3HSPU/5 24 kg goblet squats/7 24kg kb swings/9 situps
11.75 rounds. finished 12 after the buzzer. happy to finally get that many hspus without hurting the back tho.
and yeah im actually depressed I missed fran. next time frannie…next time.
