Backsquat (135/95) burpees

rest 3 min

deadlift (135/95) pushups

A:22:02 RX (including rest)    P:19:50 RX (including rest) (deadlifts bothered the back injury but not super bad. definitely slowed me down though)

also A Pr’d her OHP yesterday 80lbs.

but not really

Anas first time doing fran rx’d and hit a sub 10’r. 9:23 tore up the hands for the first official time. Id say thats a job/wod well done.

Ive been doing some work and unable to hit up DT for a few days now, was going crazy so did a quick home AMRAP today..

15 min, 3HSPU/5 24 kg goblet squats/7 24kg kb swings/9 situps

11.75 rounds. finished 12 after the buzzer. happy to finally get that many hspus without hurting the back tho.

and yeah im actually depressed I missed fran. next time frannie…next time.

its an axle bar (fat bar, grip strength), from the strongman world. also that’s a real clean, called the continental clean. http://train.elitefts.com/exercises-by-body-part/delts-exercises-by-body-part/axel-clean/ the video of course has some very questionable lifts but the movement is at least valid.

A:23:57 red band bar dips 20#dbs

P:cant even remember haha, was rowing instead of the run and deadhang pullups no kips.ring dips and 40#bells. probably somewhere around 25ish.

cant wait for back to be better :/
